What happens after 12 months?

Renewal:

It is not automatically renewed.
The subscriber receives:

• • An email and/or SMS 15 days before the renewal date,

• • A reminder the week before the subscription ends,
    offering to renew for an additional 12 months.

Cancellation

• Who: The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the subscriber
  by sending an email to: info@visioframefamily.com

• Effective date: Any cancellation becomes effective after a 4-week notice period,
  starting the day after the next payment.

• Processing and confirmation:

• • The request is processed within 48 business hours,

• • A confirmation email is sent to the subscriber,

• • This email specifies the date of the last payment and the effective end date of the service.

• Annual subscription: as it is not automatically renewed, it expires at the end of 12 months with no action required.
