The subscriber receives:

- An email and/or SMS 15 days before the renewal date,

- A reminder the week before the subscription ends,
offering to renew for an additional 12 months.
- A reminder the week before the subscription ends,
Cancellation
- Who: The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the subscriber
by sending an email to: info@visioframefamily.com
- Effective date: Any cancellation becomes effective after a 4-week notice period,
starting the day after the next payment.
- Processing and confirmation:

- The request is processed within 48 business hours,

- A confirmation email is sent to the subscriber,

- This email specifies the date of the last payment and the effective end date of the service.
- Annual subscription: as it is not automatically renewed, it expires at the end of 12 months with no action required.
